A Strat-style single-coil pickup set wound to the character of late-1950s examples that I’ve always liked.

Construction
• 42 gauge Formvar magnet wire
• Alnico 5 staggered magnets
• Black bobbin material
• Cloth pushback lead wire
• Light shellac potting

Voicing
Based on my favorite late-’50s Strat pickups — clear, balanced, and responsive.
